So,what did I exactly do?

Introduced a marketing and ticketing system leading over 400 guests for the official presentation of the fashion show.

Established departments and managed the selection process of team members and HR.

Conceptulaized & directed creative vision, casting, & spatial experience

Scaled Genesis from a $300 fashion show to a $6,000 program establishing partnerships with campus and local arts organizations.

Managed recruitment, task delegation, and internal team operations

Lead a cross-disciplinary team of 109 creatives (Designers, Models, Film, Graphic & Motion, Business, Scenogrpahers,…)
